Saucer(again)

Sooooo,Saucer is Welsh/British and when he takes off his hat,he turns into his snake/vampire form with glowing yellow eyes,fangs and a snake tongue and he's upbeat and friendly,but can be easily irritated by many things and can become a difficult person to be around when angered,especially if the issue involves his hat....
