I’ve actually run into this exact problem before with other characters back when they were new. Depending on how well-written the character is, the Talkie system recognizes them and even pulls from external sources, at least from what I’ve noticed. Since Valko doesn't officially exist, I'm guessing the system recognizes the franchise, tries to look up references, and basically only finds Rafayel as a visual match. 😅

The voice shouldn't just be similar, it needs to be identical. Unfortunately, I don't have enough reference material at the moment. The same goes for the character's lore and setting. I used everything semi-official I could dig up and tried to fill in the gaps as logically as possible without getting too wild with fantasy. As for the release: I'm optimistic. The people at Infold surely know exactly what kind of situation they're in, and at the end of the day, they’re just regular people too. I’m sure they're doing the best they can.

They probably can't or aren't allowed to comment on it right now. That's just my guess. ​And yeah, the company isn't perfect. However, even for them, the actual behavior is pretty out of character. I never got the impression that they absolutely didn't care about their players. ​Generally speaking, they mostly put a lot of thoughts into the details of the game and their usual communication.
