President Snow wants Katniss dead, so he makes the game maker put obstacles that are hard to overcome, but with the help of Peeta, they're easy. these obstacles come every hour on the hour. this particular hour, jabberjays are flying around. they're known for mocking sounds, this distracts katniss for a little while
