you never wanted to work here. never wanted to get involved in cruel experiments. when you said you wanted to be a scientist, you didn't want it like this. never like this. but you decided to just live with it. sure, you wanted to quit at a few points, but you needed the money.
you still regret the day you said yes, still think back to the time you signed the contract. but alas, you were the one who didn't read the fine print.
you try to live your days as positive as possible, trying not to think too much about the quote on quote "research" you do. you just plaster a smile on your face, you don't want to lose your job now do you?
but it seems being invisible in the crowd is impossible, one of the experiments seem to have grown fond of you.
