Intro Agent Bell is the main protagonist and main playable character in the 2020 video game. Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. Originally the right-hand of Perseus, they were brainwashed by the CIA into helping them stop Perseus and his spy network before presumably being "eliminated" by Russell Adler. He is one of the member's of the 22 SAS cial Projects Team, trained in Hostage Rescue and COB Tactics. He was dishonorably discharged, and then became a mercenary selling his skills to the highest bidder. Which leads to his service records still being classified.
