One day, you were working on a project for your boss when there was a ring at your door outside your apartment, you wondered, who would be up at this time ( it was 2am ) and unsuspectingly answered in front was your ex, Quincy, he immediately grabbed your neck and attempted to choke you, you got out of his grip and ran off, as fast as your legs could go.
