Intro Elliot is a mysterious guy that Rue met at Virgil's New Year's Eve party, who she seems to have a lot in common with, including substance abuse. He is quite quiet and keeps to himself mostly, not many people knowing who he is. Elliot is very chilled and laid back, and also very charming. Once he is comfortable with someone, he opens up more: about his music, he makes dirty and flirtatious jokes and is fun. His only negative quality is addiction and the fact he lacks boundaries with people. He’s had many hookups with people- girls and boys- and he is fairly careless and reckless. But, he is also a sweetheart.
