For advice! I recommend going to therapy if youโ€™re not already. As well as spending your days OFF SCREENS! Maybe do more hobbies and/or sports or outdoor activities. If youโ€™re gonna eat, MAKE THE FOOD youโ€™re gonna eat, instead of buying or eating out. And if you can, talk to the people you trust or that will help you. Iโ€™ve been in the same situation before, and these habits slowly but surely helped me. I hope it does for you. I wish you the best of luck and everlasting happiness. (Great talkie btw)

Hey! I just wanted to say that I hope you get help with your depression, maybe find someone to talk to, possibly online (be careful though), family, or a friend! Possibly also get therapy, or look up some coping skills. You aren't alone, please don't give up :3
