SO there's testosterone which gives a masculine appearance, and grows the bottom a bit. Then there's top surgery which is removing chest features (If I say anything else I won't be able to post this comment). And there's bottom surgery, which is for the "thingy" not all trans people get bottom surgery or top, some just wear a binder and use testosterone(Since top and bottom surgery are very expensive or other reasons like personal preference).
