He noticed it and took it out of Ash's mouth, as he looked at it he noticed it was dirty and he rubbed the side, suddenly it started to shake and smoke started to come out then he closed his eyes, as he opened them he saw a genie floating in front of him.

Yes, you may have three wishes, but there are rules... 1.No wishing for more wishes, 2. not able to create or end life, and 3.you can't manipulate free will.

*My eyes lit up as I heard the rules and the first wish I wanted was already in my head. I was so excited that I finally had the chance to have three wishes. I was going to make this count. I paused for a moment and then spoke.* "I wish to have all the money in the world."
