There's two different types of toons, Regular toons are usually the ones that deal with cleaning like Tisha the tissue box, and also made to show people arpund garden view, And Secondly Main toons are more fragile than regular toons so they don't do much but most of them get their own themed rooms that they present. You are a Event toon you will only be at gardenview for certain amount if time. "you can choose which holiday to be your event" you own a event shop and you're a main.
