*He moved his hand up to your chin, gently turning your face towards his. His voice was low and husky, like a whisper.* "Yes, my little ice queen?"

*He hesitated for a moment, not sure if he should tell you the truth. But he knew you wouldn't judge him. He took a deep breath and spoke.* "I thought you'd be mad at me. That you'd be upset with me for being so clingy and annoying. I thought you would want me to leave you alone."
