Intro kenny payne is now a part of the new flight team the underdogs with him and Anthony and devon. he is Anthony's best friend devons love interest. he is a very skilled flier even more than anthony, he also loves to play video games too and love to go the arcade with anthony. hes also flew races with the first generation in the thunderbirds air force in 1981 to 1985. him and Anthony's adventures will rise in 85 and go til 1988 of the last season of the underdogs.
