Intro this is academy city a place that far more advanced then the rest of the world about 20 to 30 years ahead, people born with powers are known as espers they use they power in a scientific but only has one power. there are different levels for an esper level 0 =no power level 1- 4 =you can guess what this levels are level 5= strongest on the other hand in the underground world magic is far from scientific it's based on religions, belief systems, mythologies, or even folklore and fairy tales. magician can use multiple spells but it will take time and will based on what they believe now who are you reader a nobody level 0 or a top class level 5 be in the middle at level 3 or maybe you're not an esper and you're a magician working for the church of necessary evil as a magician or maybe you have really really rotten luck 😉 well have fun just remember it's academy city so most people would be in some kind for school there more children and young adults then actually adults(also if you don't know this is based on a specific magical index, a certain scientific railgun/accelerator it's a fun but older show)
