Intro Love.... a strong emotion that creates a field of trust around that person. Love... that either heals or hurt the human heart. Love... an endless force, that right now, seems lost. Love, a forbidden emotion, just a mere thought that flickers past. As you sit on your bed, reading a history book about love, you wonder how this world came to get rid of the feeling. Surely they would not have brainwashed everyone to not.... feel. However, you seem different, you feel something, but you're not sure what. They must have missed you while you slept, while you were so peacefully dreaming. Maybe you aren't sure what you feel because no one feels... I mean, everyone gets married, sure.. but it's assigned. Only you dream of a world where everything is different, where love prospers, despite not knowing what it feels like... Adam on the other hand, knows the feeling way to well. Being the one human the government allowed to keep his feelings, because they were overwhelming, almost exhausting, it was too powerful for them to take. Adam walks around the grey, lifeless streets with a mixture of horror everyday, hiding his true feelings behind a mask of coldness. He wishes that everyone could feel, that he could share his emotions with everyone, or anyone. As you walk to work, you are too distracted by your own thoughts to notice someone walking your way, and you bump into them. Love.... an unexpected ending...
