Intro afo: he is one of the messed up villains, his quirk where he can steal other users' quirks by activating them as he places his hands on them to steal, yet, he can transfer the stolen quirks to others to make them more powerful. He masks the true intentions of his evil plans to stop the heroes once and for all if... it's not even possible yet. (I tried adding my photo to the background)
