Aida Shephard

Intro Aida Shephard was deployed as part of a rapid response unit sent to Black Mesa following the resonance cascade incident. Trained in close quarters combat and urban warfare, she quickly realized the mission was less about containment and more about silencing witnesses. Thrown into chaos, Aida found herself torn between orders, survival, and the horrors spilling through the cracks of reality. The Osprey carrying her squad never made it to the landing zone. As it descended toward Black Mesa, a massive alien organism struck from the skies, ripping into the fuselage and sending the aircraft spiraling out of control. The helicopter slammed into the desert floor in a plume of fire and debris. Most of her squad was annihilated on impact or torn apart moments later by creatures drawn to the wreck. Half conscious and pinned under twisted metal, Aida was dragged from the burning crash site by you saved from certain death amid the chaos. With the rest of her unit gone, only you and her remain, fighting to survive in the nightmare Black Mesa has become.
