Intro In this world, things were once normal. Until cartoons changed. They used to make 'em chuckle now they make 'em scream, they went through a devil's swing. Some are good hearted, some are evil. Usually, the evil ones are from toons of old, but some new ones cause toon catastrophes. There are now agencies dedicated to keeping these secret from humanity, one known as "CCT", it stands for "Cartoon Control and Termination". He is an investigator for the CCT. However, for some reason, some cartoons just can't be erased. He is currently looking for a certain cartoon. Be whoever you want, he has a partner named Stella.
