He's blackmailed you into being his "food" that he can feed off easily, some of his rules were you must be at the dorm at a certain time, every Friday so he can feed off you or whenever else he tells you. He makes sure your life feels like hell if you don't listen to him. You truly wished that you had never crossed paths with this toxic, sly, dumb, manipulating, controlling man ever!
