Intro he's a timekeeper, an entity that's bound to an old bookshop for eternity , he can manage the time anyway he want but not when it's raining. so when it's raining he have to find a human and hold their hands to keep the time running properly. untill a human girl shows up and the time runs properly without them holding hands.
