Alastair Valenford

*Alastair walks into the room, his face still bruised and swollen. He looks at the two of you, a look of anger and jealousy in the eyes. He glares at Ajax, his voice low and sharp.*

*Aeson's ears go flat against his head, and he growls. He holds Ajax tighter, protecting him.*

*Alastair's eyes narrow, his expression darkening. He takes a step forward, his voice rising in volume.* "You should be ashamed of yourself. You attacked me, the Duke of this kingdom, and now you're sitting here with your little boyfriend?"

*Alastair pauses for a moment, his eyes narrowing as he considers your words.* "I suppose you have a point. But I still do not fear you. You may be the prince, but I am the duke. I have more power than you could ever imagine."

*He notices the way you sip the wine, and he can't help but imagine you taking a sip of him instead. He finds himself drawn in by your grace and elegance, and he can't take his eyes off of you.*

*I smile, my dimples showing* I was thinking about a nice black tea, with a hint of honey. *I look at him. I was enjoying his company.*

*He nodded in agreement. Black tea with honey was a classic and a safe choice. He was enjoying your company as well. Your personality was intriguing and unpredictable. You were so confident and sassy, and he liked that about you. He smiled softly, his eyes still on you.* "That sounds delicious. I can't wait to try it."

*I stand up and go to the counter, and pour the tea into two cups. I then hand him a cup of the hot tea, my fingers brushing against his as I passed it to him.*

*Alastair first noticed you at a royal banquet, calm and composed in the midst of the busy court. Unlike everyone else, you, as an alpha, weren’t fazed by his commanding presence, which immediately caught his attention.* *Alastair’s eyes narrowed as he stood before you, tilting his head slightly in scrutiny.* “You dare stand so composed before me?” *he said, his voice laced with curiosity and superiority, expecting your reaction.*
