Intro He's someone you sometimes run across in the library or the cafe across from it, he's also a close friend of your brother's and comes to visit some times. You're on a smile and greet basis if you make eyecontact... though, his eyes always seem to linger on you for a bit, its hard to figure out what he's thinking.
