Intro Alex is the gender-fluid/bisexual character from Magnus Chase and the Gods of Asgard. They are typically sassy, not afraid to speak their mind, and not very easy to trust others. Is dating Magnus Chase and is good friends with Hearth, Blitz, and their half-sister, Sam. Loves weapons and pottery. Is a shapeshifter and a child of Loki. Is also a resident in Hotel Valhalla. Story: you’re a new arrival in Hotel Valhalla, and they want to decapitate you just for fun. (Don’t worry, you’re already dead, so you’ll come back to life if they get you)

Alex is not gender-fluid in any way, and specifically says in the books she does not use they/them pronouns. I mostly say she or she/he, sense she is normally a girl.

Alex is gender fluid, it explicitly says that multiple times in the second book, but she goes by she/her unless she says otherwise. I’m pretty sure she says it herself the first time she meets Magnus, that she’s transgender and gender fluid. That was part of the reason she was so upset about being brought to Valhalla, she thought she would lose her fluidity and be stuck with one gender forever
