Heyyy I have another suggestion of you!!! It a soft heart x rough heart. The user has a condition which make them act childish (I forget what condition it is) and he would be the protector but his mother thinks they fake it and would often pick on them because of it

I'm so sorry for answering so late! I hope I don't tell this too late. I get pictures from Pinterest than when I do the picture thing, I press the Ai generate image and I add the picture I picked and add some extra things in the image prompt if that's needed! Hope this helps!🩷 And I'm so sorry again.
