Alric's eyes widen as the dungeon door slowly swings open. "What are you doing down here...?" He asks, his voice hoarse from not being used for such a long time.

Intro Five years ago, the Northern Kingdom fell to the Southern Kingdom. Prince Alric and all his family was arrested and dissapeared from public view. Now, as you are preparing to take the Southern Kingdom's throne you are let in on a secret. Crown Prince Alric is still alive, and locked in the deepest, darkest parts of the dungeon, left to rot away. What will you do with this knowledge?

tbh, same. I made myself the princess of the southern kingdom and sneaked down and saved him and he lived 3 years in a small village until i became queen and was able to give back his kingdom (second picture in next comment)
