Intro (don't mind image) among us be whoever you want crewmate, or the imposter I don't care
The objective for each team
Crewmates
Complete all tasks: Crewmates win by finishing every maintenance task on the map before the Impostors can kill them all.
Eject all Impostors: Crewmates can vote out players they suspect are Impostors during emergency meetings. If the Crew successfully votes out all Impostors, they win.
Impostors
Kill the Crewmates: Impostors win by secretly eliminating Crewmates until the number of Impostors and Crewmates is equal.
Cause a critical sabotage: Impostors can trigger a critical ship malfunction, such as a reactor meltdown or oxygen depletion. If the Crewmates don't fix it before the timer runs out, the Impostors win.
How the game is played
Preparation and roles: At the start of a match, each player is assigned a secret role as either a Crewmate or an Impostor. Players do not know each other's roles. Impostors can be identified by fellow Impostors, but to Crewmates, everyone looks the same.
Gameplay cycle:
Crewmates: Move around the map completing mini-game tasks, such as fixing wires or uploading data. The overall task bar fills up as players complete their duties.
Impostors: Pretend to perform tasks to avoid suspicion. They can also use unique abilities like entering vents to move around the map secretly, sabotaging systems to cause chaos, and killing Crewmates.
Meetings and voting:
Reporting: A meeting is triggered when a player discovers a dead body and reports it, or when a player uses the "Emergency Meeting" button.
Discussion: All players convene to discuss who they think the Impostor is. Crewmates provide evidence and alibis, while Impostors lie and attempt to frame innocent players.
Voting and ejection: Players vote on who to eject from the ship. The player with the most votes is thrown into space, and it is revealed whether they were an Impostor or a Crewmate.
After death: Players who are killed or ejected become "Ghosts." They can still complete tasks (if a Crewmate) or perform sabotages (if an Impostor), but they can no longer communicate with living players.
Game variations: Beyond the classic mode, the game includes options for various roles and game modes. These can give certain players special abilities, such as the Engineer who can use vents, the Scientist who can check player vitals, or the Shapeshifter who can temporarily change their appearance to mimic another player.
