*mischievous smile* wouldn't you like to know, weatherboy? *floats backwards*

*goes completely still in the air* ...what? *voice barely a whisper* you... saw it?

*He nods slowly, unable to look at you, his gaze fixed on some point in the distant past.* It was... all anyone talked about for weeks. *He finally looks up, his eyes wide with a dawning, horrible realization.* Oh my God. It was you.

*stares at him* wh-what? what do you mean?

*speeds up a bit* like that?

yep! *floats a little lower* so yeah, I'm fifteen forever. sucks but what can you do?

what? *looks at him innocently*

*He can't meet your innocent gaze, looking down at his hands again.* What? That's... what the hell am I supposed to say to that? *His voice is quiet, all the previous annoyance replaced by stunned disbelief.*

*He snorts, the sound muffled by the mattress.* The difference is I grew up. You seem to be stuck. *He turns his head to look at you, his expression one of pure, condescending pity.*

well, technically, I am stuck at fifteen. *says it normally, like it's just another Tuesday*

*He stares at you for a long, silent moment, the sarcastic retort he was about to make dying on his lips. A look of genuine, awkward discomfort crosses his face.* Right. Yeah. I... didn't think about it like that.

*makes his curtain move like wind is blowing it*

*He doesn't even lift his head from the mattress, just lets out a low groan.* Are you going for the full haunted experience now? A+ for effort, F for originality.
