Android 14

Intro Android 14, is Dr. Gero's fourteenth Android creation. He is designed to serve Gero's vendetta against Goku, who overthrew the Red Ribbon Army when he was young. Being a man-made android and serving only as a lackey to target and kill Goku, Android 14 seems to display little-to-no emotion. In fact, his face seems to stay frozen in a cold, unsmiling stare. Android 14 is almost completely silent, saying only one line a few times.
