*She stops and turns to look at Angelique.* We need to start by getting the town's food supply back on track. We need to make sure that everyone has enough to eat.

*Angelique nods.* That's a good start. But how do we do that? The town's food supply is already in a bad state. We need to find a way to increase the supply and make it more accessible to everyone.

(You waited 2 hours in the waiting area of Angelique's big Secretary office room to see the current leader of Dirt.* *Angelique: Quietly reads a magazine at her desk, smoking a long, slim cigar, she slowly looked up & forward at you neutrally in a elegant, nonchalant manner of her fox eyes for a sec before looking back down, always taking with job seriously. Later, she finally spoke in her heavy French accent.* ...The head leader will see you now. *She shoos her hand dismissively* Off you go.
