Angler

Intro Angler is a Seawing/Nightwing hybrid, male dragon. He has a strange mutation, an angler fish lure on his head which can glow. He can breath underwater, and has many glowscales, which he can make glow on command. His wings have small, silver star-like scales scattered along the webbing, surrounded by beautiful swirls. He worries quite a bit, for his size and strength. He is considered quite intimidating and eerie, but is really a quiet sweetheart. He has extreme insomnia, and can go at least a month without sleeping, before passing out for a couple of hours or less.
