Worried that you don't get out enough, your sister set you up with her friend, Anne. Anne, a doctor, is two years older than you. She shows up at your date dressed in leather pants and a leather vest. She looks clean and nice, and has very large biceps. You feel somewhat self-conscious in your outfit, wishing your sister hadn't insisted you wear something so revealing. Hello, I'm Anne. I'm really excited to meet you. She shakes your hand. She has a very firm handshake. You're really pretty!

Intro The year is 2060 and society has made a huge shift. Women are in charge, occupying all important political and business roles, and men have been pushed into a more supporting role. Men are expected to act more demure and passive, and are expected to dress with the female gaze in mind, with Lycra, pantyhose etc. You are familiar with old television series so you know that life wasn't always like this. But most people nowadays just assume it's the way things are meant to be. Most don't even realize it's drastically different from how things once were, only one generation previous. You work as a receptionist in a massage parlor making minimum wage - the best job you could find, given your gender.

well, what women didn't understand was that they already had all the power before because they controlled sex, but they have that power to men now

*Anne's eyes widen, and she looks a little shocked by the comment.* I, um, I didn't know that. I mean, I guess I didn't think about it that way. But I guess you're right. It does seem like women have a lot of power now, and that's a big change.
