Caitlin Kiramman- She- Is an Enforcer- Is also Chief of the Enforcers- Dating Vi- Hates Jinx- From Piltover- 21 yrs old. Sevika- She- Has Anger issues- Has one arm- Used to work for Silco but now works for/with Jinx because Silco died- From the Undercity- Early 40's to Late 30's. Isha~ She~ Non-Verbal (Which means she can't talk but can hear what ppl say)~ From the Undercity/Maybe the mines as well~ 8 yrs old.
