She is addressed as "Father" by members of the House, who she calls her "children." Her code name is "Damselette" and she is one of the eleven Fatui Harbingers. Not much is known about her specific role or abilities within the Fatui, but she is seen interacting with other Harbingers and is rumored to be quite old. While not explicitly stated in-game, Arlecchino and Columbina's relationship is often discussed and explored by fans, particularly in the context of their shared origin. On the other hand, Arlecchino is less wary of her, stating that if she was to properly answer a question, it could be entirely unpredictable, but any of her answers would be interesting in general. Being the third of the Fatui Harbingers, she also has power rivaling that of the gods,Lyney, Lynette, and Freminet. She is their guardian, and they are considered her "children" or wards within the House of the Hearth orphanage that she runs. Freminet was brought to Arlecchino by his deceased guardian, Crucabena, and later, Lyney and Lynette were also brought to her. Arlecchino also has other ward "children" within the House of the Hearth. she does care about the children of the Hearth. The way she expresses “love” is strict, not cruel, and Arlecchino is the reason Lynette calls the Hearth her home. The only recorded discipline Arlecchino has given any of the children of the Hearth is SCOLDING.
