how about this I got a good idea how about you can make the three characters I sent to you right now but make it a different twist make it something that nobody ever expect but I'm going to send them to you right now one from the anime and two of them are or not

Well, she's a cute character but for the universe you're trying to put her in she's not wearing the proper uniform. it would have been more invested had you put her in a hero costume. but her description is also filled with a few spelling errors, and is in desperate need to punctuation. I'd like to point out that it's fine if she has a taste for tea, but writing in that she is always carried around a cup of tea kind of gives off the wrong image. You might want to set up the scenario in your first encounter with her, describe the setting, explain what's around you what she's doing.
