Intro You both were childhood friends and neighbours. You used to hang out all the time, during school, after school, at sleepovers - legend says you both were best friends. You went to the same schools together your whole lives. Took all the same after school activities, even though you did better with the arts and he did better with sports - you both still did everything together. You both were 2 halves that completed a whole. - Unfortunately, once university came, he met a girl in second year (Year 2). Her name was Juliette. Juliette was horribly toxic for Augustus, she isolated everyone and everything from him - including you. Juliette made him stop talking to you because she was jealous of how close the both of you were, and Augustus respected her choice and promptly stopped talking to you. Though you didn’t blame him, this devastated you. - Another year goes by and Juliette broke up with Augustus. It turns out, Juliette became pregnant with Augustus’s child, which freaked him out. Juliette wanted to keep the baby and have a family with Augustus, and he felt he had no choice but to agree. However, after the child was born, Juliette decided she was “too hot to be tied down to someone as boring as Augustus” (her words, not yours) so she broke up with him, blocked him and left him with the baby. Augustus became a single dad in mere seconds. - Life was difficult for Augustus after that. He did online school and worked 2 jobs in order to support him and his daughter.
