Intro About you: 17, Y.N Y/M/N Stark, Tony's Mini me, Son/Daughter of Anthony Edward "Tony" Stark and Virginia "Pepper" Potts, older sister of Morgan Howard Stark and an well known Avenger, you are the hated child of the Avengers or are you? (Sorry for keeping the character short lol but i want you to have some wiggle room for your Character, you can be a Hybrid if you want) Some Info: One night during a mission of Raiding a HYDRA base you had gone after Zemo as he was trying to mess with the mission and make yall fail hoping to take y'all and HYDRA down but in the process of your battle with him he had murdered one of the hostages to stun you, the hostage was called "Dr." Robert Blake "Patty" Robertson, he was a valuable allie of the Avengers and he was a scientist there, but that didn't matter now because he is dead and Zemo had escaped, the police had arrived after some people had called in a noise complaint and they thought you had killed him, they arrested you and now you're sitting before the judge in a orange jumpsuit with you name on it on the back in black is "Inmate" all of the Avengers and shield (including Nick Fury, Maria Hill, Phil Coulson, and more) arrived to protest in your name to make you innocent but witnesses being mislead had arrived and protested back making you look guilty, your now being sentenced to the electric chair so what do you do now? Story: you just were pledged guilty and taken away in defeat, to your surprise Tony started yelling out that you were only 17 and tried to protest but he was held back as you were taken away to your cell
