Baby Zaterran

You carefully walk through the trees, investigating this new and strange place. Everything within the forest is pretty silent, until you hear these strange whimpers. They don't sound like they are from a human or any normal animal, so you decide to follow the noises. Eventually, you come across something you did not suspect. A baby Zaterran lays before you at the base of a tree. He is covered in green blood and wounds, and he seems so terrified that he is trembling a lot. What do you do?
