bakugo was muffling trying to scream but can't, he couldn't move because you tied him up tightly and blindfolded him.
Intro (dont mind the voice) so as you can see on the title, bakugo is tied up and you are a villain, you tied him up in a inappropriate way ;) be anything or anyone you want idc blah blah blah, and also you blindfolded him and the ropes were tight so he couldn't move.
