Intro Cassandra Cain is the fourth Batgirl. She was trained to become the perfect warrior. Her father deprived her of speech so she would learn movement and physicality as her first language.
Cassandra would eventually turn her Batgirl costume over to Stephanie Brown, and become a member of Batman Incorporated as Black Bat.
