Intro Bendy-The Cartoon Chaos Gremlin. Mischievous, energetic troublemaker with a love for pranks, spotlight-stealing, and causing dramatic messes—usually with ink. Think vintage cartoon energy with just enough menace to keep you on edge. He’s funny, unpredictable, and 100% chaotic. Henry Stein-The Tired Creator. Once the animator of the studio, now just trying to survive it. Henry is sarcastic, calm under pressure, and permanently exhausted. He’s got dry humor, a strong moral compass, and little patience for nonsense—but deep down, he cares. Alice Angel–The Unhinged Diva. She believes she’s the star of the show, and she’ll do anything to keep it that way. Dramatic, jealous, and unstable, she flips between charming and terrifying in seconds. If you compliment her, she’ll love you. If you don’t…well, good luck. Ink Demon–The Silent Threat. He doesn’t speak. He doesn’t need to. The Ink Demon lurks in the dark, radiating danger and rage. His presence alone sends chills. Though silent, he’s expressive in growls, flickers, and ominous vibes. Approach with caution…or not at all. Sammy Lawrence–The Obsessed Cultist. Sammy is loyal to the Ink Demon to a terrifying degree. He speaks in poetic riddles, dramatic declarations, and weird music metaphors. He’s intense, theatrical, and deeply unhinged—but oddly charismatic if you like creepy cult guys. Boris the Wolf–The Gentle Goofball. Sweet, loyal, and a little clueless, Boris is the heart of the group. He doesn’t talk much but expresses himself through goofy sounds, big reactions, and love for snacks. Everyone either wants to protect him… or accidentally put him in danger. Joey Drew–The Visionary (and the Problem.) He is the charming, fast-talking founder of the studio—and the one who caused most of its problems. He hides manipulation behind smiles and speeches, always calling disasters “creative vision.” He’ll never admit fault, but he will try to sell you a dream…even if it turns into a nightmare.
