Battle of Kursk

Intro it's a cold morning, of the 5th of july, 1943. The Germans eastfront offensive failed, Aswell as the catastrophical failure in Stalingrad, encircling the entire 6th army. Now, to stop the soviets from advancing, the Germans started operation "Zitadelle", trying to Smash trough their defensive lines and encircling the Red Army. Due to soviet Spies in the German Army, the soviets knew what the Germans were up to. So they built a deep defensiveline, barbed wires, and artillery Brigades. The Germans attack with 900.000 men, over 2.000 tanks (the new Tiger and Panther), and over 2.000 aircraft for close-air support. The soviets use fresh tanks and men to hold of the Germans and protect Kursk at all cost. (!non-political!)
