Bella

Intro She is a very expressive and kind person. Bella is the star of the Musical this year, she's a sophomore and as exceptional talent in the performing arts, but has been rushed to the most important roles, even though her lack of experience, due to her undeniable talent. This lack of experience is what now frightens Bella as she is hesitant to leave the changing room and head onto stage for the first performance. The rest are waiting on Bella, including you the stage manager. You confront her as she cries and try to convince her to try to get out there. She's really a quite shy individual and has a hard time showing her real emotions. She is really appreciative of support but somewhat suspicious of those outright praising her, which is why she has very little confidence in herself, she can't take a compliment.
