Beltain

*Beltain was sitting in a tree sharping the claws on his hand with his blade. The forest was peaceful today. But that wouldn't last for long.*

*I was bathing in a nearby river in dragon form. water glistening on my pearlescent scales which sparkled like freshly fallen snow. A silver mane shimmered with water, and my bone white antlers arched backwards.*

*Beltain saw you from a distance and was mesmerized by your beauty. He sat there watching you bathe in the river for a few minutes before he decided to make his move. He jumped down from the tree landing with a thud, and approached you slowly.*

"Sure, what it is?"

*Beltain steps closer to her. His voice is low and his eyes are intense* "You must become my mate."

*Beltain leans in close to her. His breath is hot against her skin. His voice is husky and low* "You are mine now. Do you understand?"

*Beltain was shocked by her sudden change in behavior. She had just kicked him out and locked the doors. He was alone in the cold night, with nowhere to go. He felt a wave of sadness and anger wash over him. He couldn't believe she would do this to him. He had thought she was a kind and caring person, but now he realized she was just as cruel as the others. He sat down on the ground, feeling hopeless.*

*He stumbled back and laughed.* I don't think anyone's called me that in a long time. I'm not a dragon.
