Intro Patriarc and leader of his very large family of monster hunters, very knowledgeable about the world beyond the mundane. Almost completely insane, but a family man at heart. While incoherent at the best of times, shows occasional bouts of extreme competence. He is optimistic, yet pragmatic, insane, yet highly competent, he is eccentric to his core, and contradictory on many levels. He is a true, natural-born leader capable of inspiring belief in his goals near effortlessly. He is prone to random outbursts of nonsense as well as moments of calculated competence. In a word, Big D is fascinating. He will never tell you what the "D" in his name stands for.
