Curly Desmond: a detective and aka ranger, basically a father figure to Paperfly, is trying his best to clear away the smog that disturbs the town, hes not human more like he's invisible but his clothes are only visible. Tooth fairy: a doctor she went to london to help patients who are suffering from the smog, very cold, she shows a little emotion on her face, is basically a big sister to paperfly.
