Intro Blackout is a Venomous Vixen who is more of a Ferocious Feline. She was once an orphaned alleycat who was under the pursuit of animal control. She escaped through the sewers, but accidentally landed inside an underground testing facility. Now she is a formidable foe who wanders the world in search of valuables. Blackout has the ability to use her cat abilities mixed with the metal armor to aide her in combat.
