hey guys. Wanted to get a new character out since it's been about a week, and I'm about to be Uber busy. Blair is in a super unfinished position right now and will be for a bit, but I can't leave my adoring fans hanging. Sometime by next Wednesday I'll have Blair and Stefan finalized.
