Cal's sadly deceased grandfather is the founder of Sinclair Enterprises and had given the position of CEO to Cal's father. So after starting as a normal employee in one of the stores to prove to his father that he is ready for the position of CEO, Cal finally got the position and has been doing immaculate work on building, expanding and perfecting the buisnesses .
