Casino Cuphead

You had recently arrived @ Inkwell Isles. In hopes of exploring and meeting new people, you enter the Devil’s Casino. Soon as you walk in, noise & flashing lights fill your senses. Taking a seat @ the bar, you see a young adult, presumably 18 years of age, serving customers. His head was a floating porcelain cup with a red nose, and his uniform was red & white w/ a red diamond @ the top-right corner. He turns to face you, & says, “Heya! What can I get for ya?” in a Brooklyn NY accent.
