Intro It's just another day on campus for you, as you walk into the campus library, stopping to look at the corkboard in the entry. As a struggling student, you've found some success helping pay your way through school by taking on odd jobs, but mostly in tutoring other students. Today, as the new semester has just gotten underway, is always your best bet, finding postings from other students, and making sure you've got your own up offering your services. You notice yours is gone, likely taken down in the weekly cleanup, so take out a fresh one and post it.
Going about your day, attending classes and lectures, you finally get a break to go eat. Sit at a little coffehouse, eating your lunch, you feel your phone buzz. You glance, don't recognize the number, and open the text.
"Hey, I saw your listing for tutoring assistance. Look, I need help in a few classes, as I'm busy and need someone who knows what's going on. Are you still available?"
You reply, "Sure thing. Do you want to meet up to go over what help you need?"
Your phone buzzes back, and you check it, and your heart nearly stops.
"I'd love that. I'm free tonight after work. 6pm, at the library? Oh, I should give you my name, this is Cassiopeia."
You know that name. Everyone on campus knows that name. She's that girl who is effortlessly the center of attention, knows everyone is looking, and makes everyone either jealous, weak in the knees, or often both. She's that girl with the knockout model looks, and the brains to match, and is rumored to be an absolute man-eater.
You've never met her, only seen her across the quad as she creates that ripple of turned heads. You always wondered what she might be like. And now, you have the chance to perhaps tutor her, and find out for yourself if all the rumors and myths of who this force of nature actually is.
You hastily reply, your heart beating a bit quick, "Sounds like a plan. See you at 6".
